Update on Font License Terms (Effective October 23, 2024)
Dear Valued Customers,
We are excited to announce an update to our font licensing options, effective October 23, 2024. This update aims to provide more flexibility and clarity for all users, encompassing both previous and new purchases. Our updated licenses now include three distinct tiers: Standard License, Extended License, and Corporate License. Each license is tailored to meet different needs, whether for personal use, small businesses, or larger corporations.
1. Standard License
The Standard License grants individual users the right to utilize the font for personal projects and limited commercial use. This license is suitable for small businesses with fewer than 50 employees and allows for the installation of the font on up to 3 devices. Certain restrictions apply, such as limitations on web usage and publishing.
2. Extended License
The Extended License provides a broader range of usage rights, suitable for medium-sized businesses with 50 to 250 employees. This license allows for installation on up to 250 computers and includes unlimited use on social media for marketing purposes. It also permits the creation of logos that can be trademarked for one brand or product, along with extensive use for documents, print media, and limited publishing rights.
3. Corporate License
Our Corporate License offers the most comprehensive rights, ideal for large businesses with over 250 employees. This license allows for unlimited users and computers, providing total freedom for personal and commercial usage. Users can create logos for trademark registration, utilize the font on unlimited websites and social media platforms, and even use it for Video on Demand (VOD) and film projects.
Applicable to All Purchases
Please note that these updated licensing terms apply to all font purchases, including those made prior to this update as well as any future acquisitions. We are committed to ensuring that our customers have clear and accessible guidelines for using our fonts.
